Review of the Beanhive coffee shop in Dublin City Centre. Visit the Beanhive Dublin for awesome latte art.
We love taking walks for a coffee in Dublin each morning before work and decided to venture a bit further afield one day to check out Beanhive Coffee on Dawson Street in Dublin City Centre.
Our morning coffee walk has a two fold benefit of making sure we get some exercise while at the same time turning each day into a mini-vacation (check out VacationCounts for more on making the most of your time away from work each and every day).
Read on to find out more about what we thought of the Beanhive.
SIDEWALK SAFARI SPOTLIGHT: Did you know that we've published an extensive list of one day Dublin City itineraries. Each itinerary features a morning coffee stop.

A Review of Beanhive Coffee in Dublin
Beanhive's coffee was simply delightful. Each cup was served with a bit of personalized chocolate artwork on top.
The barista even does miniature portraits of the customer on some occasions (mostly when you order your coffee to drink in rather than to take away). We didn't get a portrait this time (unless I resemble a bear and just don't realize it) :-)
I also love that at the Beanhive you can put your loyalty card on file and don't have to carry it around with you. We've got quite a stack of loyalty cards to contend with given how much coffee we drink. What an ingenious solution!
Overall, we really enjoyed the Beanhive and I expect to add them to our regular morning coffee rotation.
More Latte Art from Dublin's Beanhive Coffee
In fact, we've been back to the Beanhive Dublin a few more times since our original visit. We're always impressed with the works of latte art that that baristas create for us. The designs get more elaborate and use multiple colors when you order a coffee for here.
Have you had a coffee at the Beanhive Dublin? What did you think?
