We set out in search of Restaurace U Kroka, one of the most popular restaurants in Prague, as a capstone to city break weekend.  We quickly left the Prague city center behind, building up an appetite for some hearty Czech cuisine as we walked.

Chicken breast stuffed with Prague ham and sundried tomatoes, roasted fresh vegetables and herbs in a pan appeared before us. How could we not enjoy dinner at U Kroka restaurant with such a fresh take on classic Czech cuisine?

U Kroka's chicken dish was complemented by a more traditional roast pork with cabbage and potato dumplings.

Restaurace U Kroka served us up a couple pints of Kozel beer to wash everything down.

This high quality meal at U Kroka restaurant cost us less than 20 EUR for two people.  Once again, we were discovering what a great value-for-money destination Prague can be when it comes to food and drink.
