I was back in San Francisco for a week in June and had the opportunity for brunch in Cole Valley.
I met up with friends at Padrecito SF for a quintessential brunch in the city.
I tried Padrecito's 'La Muerte' which was made with smoky mescal, cherry, blood orange, and ancho liqueur.
My friend tried the 'Buenos Dias' which was coffee based. Both were outstanding tasty treats and perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

At Padrecito SF, we sampled chips and guacamole and three salsas.
Our entrees at Padrecito SF were the perfect mix of salty and sweet featuring tacos with breakfast potatoes and polenta pancakes.
A heaping plate of chilequiles rounded out the meal.
As we digested our food and finished our cocktails, we took a moment to admire Padrecito's decor which was airy and bright.
I definitely recommend Padrecito SF for breakfast. Get there early or make a reservation or you might miss out.
