After exploring Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, we drank in the sweeping views over Lyon. The views were minorly clouded with smog, but I think because our sights were muted, it made our hearing more acute...As we looked out, we thought we heard the beats of distant drums.
The music was getting louder now. We were definitely spot on in pinpointing the location.
They seemed to be called Fanfare Piston. Lyon is a university town and I'm guessing this motley crew was predominantly composed of students.
