After seeing Kevin Thornton's talk at TEDx Dublin, we decided to try his Michelin starred namesake restaurant for our 17th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is tucked away on an upper floor in the Fitzwilliam Hotel along St. Stephen's Green in Dublin City Centre.
We opted for the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairings which included this beef carpaccio amuse bouche.
A seafood ceviche followed.
Our wine pairings were predominantly whites but for the next dish we switched to red.
