We started with two different types of dim sum - some steamed 'meat and veg' rolls (which turned out to be full of shellfish!) and ground beef dumplings. Both were tasty even if the first caught us by surprise given the name.
It seemed innocuous at first, but it was one of those sauces that has a slow burn that builds with each bite. I was sweating and my lips were tingling by the end of the meal. So good!
