As we wandered through more local and residential areas near the Arc de Triomf, we realized that not every building in Barcelona features a whimsical facade. Here we see some very modern graffiti and a building with laundry hanging to dry from nearly every window.
Palau de la Música. Locals can simply pick up a bike to travel to and from here.

We completed our tour and resolved to come back and see a musical performance here next time we're in town. We completed our jaunt through the neighborhood noting this building covered in black and white balls and a market with a colorful wavy roof.
